FS: Cobb fmic

For the Cobb fmic, I'm looking for 850 local. The only problem with it is that it has a dent on one of the pipes from making contact against the frame of the car. On the directions, it says something about being careful to not hit, so it is a close fit, and when I installed it it wasnt touching it, but I guess after driving the car around, the pipes resituated and it hit the frame a little bit. The dent does not go through the pipe and it wont impede flow or anything like that. You cannot see the dent whatsoever from the inside.

Please don't hesitate to PM if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Charles.

I cant say from experience, but from what I've heard, there are more vibrations from this, and that it does do a better job of supressing engine movement.

Thanks,
Charles

:werd: i should be doing scholarship stuff right now.. m3f is more addicting than crack people, stay away :(

but yea, this will help more than the inserts, for sure! the inserts are retaining the stock mount and adding pieces to pieces that are missing. this mount is all one piece, filled with a better more dense material that dampers better. vibrations? maybe a little more, but it shouldnt be a whole lot worse.

yes it will. You will notice a difference. A local mz3 owner has it. He did the epoxy mod to his stock mount originally which is much stiffer than the CS inserts. I had the CS inserts and i can say that after a while it feels like they aren't really there. I now have a midevil mount and feel day and night difference. I think if you get the TRZ it will do the same or similar.

I'm in San Antonio.
I see you're from Sugarland, my roomate lives there when he's not up here in school.
Re: FS: Cobb fmic, Cobb AP, TRZ poly motor mount

I will work on the prices a little bit if you're local or within a 30 or so min perimeter of San Antonio.
I DO NOT want to ship the FMIC, so all you guys need to tell your friends with ms3s that I have one for sale.
Re: FS: Cobb fmic, Cobb AP, TRZ poly motor mount

Accessport is now sold! Still have the Cobb front mount intercooler and TRZ poly motor mount
Re: FS: Cobb fmic, Cobb AP, TRZ poly motor mount

i want the FMIC, but you'd have to ship it...

let me know.
Re: FS: Cobb fmic, Cobb AP, TRZ poly motor mount

wrap the FMIC in thick bubble wrap and you should be fine. Put it in 2 boxes if possible. Just throwing an idea out there.
Re: FS: Cobb fmic, Cobb AP, TRZ poly motor mount

pm me offers shipped and I'll let you know
I'm not worried about damaging it from shipping I'm worried about how much shipping is going to cost plus since its an expensive item paypal is going to rape me sokeep that in mind when making offers.
