Ball does not work all the time,you dont need it.i think its easy to hit enter.but you can prob take it to a cell phone place and get a new ball for $5

has a chip in the chrome part by the charger not a big deal



when you charge it you somtimes have to play with the wire to get the charging light on,as you can see in the pics it does charge.

i try to tell you as much as i can bad about the phone i paid 400 for it so i think 140 is fair

in the pic that shows the chip in the chrome i didnt put the screen all the way down,it does not stick out like that

i had this exact phone but mine was phone and i sold it on the forums not to long ago. i would have for sure kept this phone if it weren't smarter for me to switch back to verizon since the whoooooole family was on it. lol. like i said its an awesome, fun phone.

do you need to have the data package to be able to use the phone?
I have T-mobile right now and they sent me an e-mail saying they have new Sidekicks for 50$ after rebate, but you need to get the data package.
