This came out of my 3. It will include a remote control, faceplate case, Mazda wiring harness & the mounting kit which has been modified so you can keep the clock and temp display. Asking $160 shipped O.B.O. Here are the specs and a link for further info about the headunit. http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=300&i=500CDA9815&tp=5684&tab=detailed_info

Sharp looks and sharp sounds — Alpine's CDA-9815 CD receiver is a complete car audio package! It will play your MP3 and Windows Media (WMA) files on CD-R and CD-RW with excellent detail and clarity. Navigating through folders and files is a breeze, thanks to the 2-line color display that reads out CD and MP3 text information.

The V-Drive™ MOSFET hybrid internal amplifier pumps out an astounding 27 watts RMS of continuous 4-channel power. Bass Engine® Pro allows you to tweak the sound to perfection with its 5-band parametric equalizer, 6-channel digital time correction, and 6-position crossover (with variable slope, and subwoofer level and phase adjustment). The Media Xpander™ rejuvenates compressed musical formats like MP3 and WMA files, as well as radio broadcasts and your regular audio CDs.

Alpine's exclusive i-Personalize™ feature allows you to create customized, vehicle-specific Bass Engine setups on Alpine's website, burn them to a disc, and upload them onto the CDA-9815. You can even type in a 3-line text greeting to display when you fire up the unit.

Want even more musical options? Put 6 or 12 discs at your command by adding an Alpine CD changer, or use the optional adapter to convert the changer port to an auxiliary input. Add Alpine's XM Satellite Radio tuner and an XM antenna, activate your XM service, and groove to over 100 channels of digital music, sports, news, and entertainment.

Three 4-volt preamp outputs deliver ultra-clean signal to any component amps and subs you choose to add to your system. A wireless remote control is included for your safety.

It is O.B.O so make offer but don't insult. This was a $400+ headunit when I bought it and it's in great condition.
bump for you man,the v-drive in these units are awsome to say the least, well worth what ur asking for it.i bet you would get a better offer if you put it on ebay.i recently bought 2 used alpines with this v-drive and all the other options with this unit.good luck with ur sale :)
I used to but I deleted them. Sorry man! Fit's like a glove, plus you can keep the clock/temp display. All you need is an adapter from Alpine to continue to use your steering wheel controls. This is a steal of a deal!! I paid $460 something when I bought this, after shipping i'll make maybe $140 if it doesn't go on ebay.
Have you sold this yet?? And what type of payment would you accept?? Paypal??
It is still [email protected] is my paypal address
how do you still have the clock/temp display? do you have the fuel computer unlocked too?
I managed to keep the clock temp display because i made a little bracket that allows you to screw the display in place. I never tried the fuel unlock trick when i had this installed so i'm not sure.
going on ebay by wednesday if it doesn't sell.
Damg thats nice.  Does it have iPod input or a place where I could plug in my current GROM iPod adapter?  Thats the big thing for me...

EDIT: read through the full description, do they have an adapter like what was mentioned for an iPod? preferably that charges it, since thats the main way I keep my battery charged now
Ah crap, there was a little part of me hoping there wasnt so I had an excuse not to buy it lol
Alright, well i need to get my 90k checkup so let me get that quoted and Ill get back to ya, can you hold it for a couple days for me?
I'll hold off on Ebay til Friday or Saturday. Hope that helps! Let me know.
Awesome, Ill do my best to find out ASAP
I have a 9815 gathering dust also.. This was the last year they did 27 watt RMS to the speakers, the new ones are all weaker 18 or 21. Great unit :)
