FS:2006 mazda3 16 in. stock tires/rims(sold!)

getting rid of my stockers, they are in excellent shape no scratches maybe a little dirty.. I would say that the tires have about 85 to 90% tread left. The tires are the toyo proxes a05 I would like to get 450 shipped (to the lower 48 )for them but I am up for reasonable offers?

I'm interested for winter wheels on my 2007 MX-5 Miata... some questions please:

What is the tire size? Please read the sidewall.

What is wheel spec on the back of one of the spokes? I'm concerned about offset. Should be something like 16J.. xx where xx is the offset number.

about 5000 miles on the wheels, the tires are p205-55 r16 52.5 offset

i'm going to suck up my pride and ask this anyways. how do you measure a rim? the reason i ask is because i just measured my stock rims and found them to be 17 3/4 (edge to edge). I'm pretty sure this is an incorect measurement. if they fit my car, i'm interested. I just have to wait till the end of the month to make sure i have no surprise bills.
