Anyone here know if front shocks from a focus can be used with the Mazda 3. ?

Basically im looking to see if their is a way to utilize the springs I have now with shocks that are adjustable. My springs are from a coilover set and are progressive. I can mix and match any shock for the rear with my springs. But as for the front the spring has a much smaller diameter than the stock springs so it looks like all i can use is shocks from coilovers. So if anyone could help me with if they know if the front shocks of a focus are interchangable that would be of great help thanks, Angel.

Not Sure, they have different part numbers...

But there is an easy way to check. simply go to you dealership, usually Mazda/Ford Parts departments are combined, so ask them to take a look at both shocks/struts. Hold them side by side and Bingo.

I thought of doing this also. Plus my reason also included checking the top strut tower of a focus to determine if this part from Focaljet would work for my car. ( http://focussport.com/ford_focus_camber_kits.htm ). I want my camber back to a reasonable amount in the front because it's been said that it is -1.9 and a lil more on the left.
