Had a look again at Sunridge Mazda today after work. For those of you in Calgary, they have 12 pred-pdi Mz3's in today, all lined up in two rows. 2 of them were hatches, the rest sedan gt.gfxes. The dealer was closed so I had the opportunity to stalk the Mz3 with/o any "attack of the salesman." They have one in every color for sedans (GT.GFX). I was very surprised, but Sand Mica is actually pretty nice. It is very similar to Sunlight Silver, but with a touch of slight goldness. Looks unique. The vehicles were fresh off the train, there was mud all over the cars. THere was no antenna and the "M" on the wheels was missing. Very Very pre-pdi. They had one tit grey hatch cleaned up and after looking at all the colors, I have to say that titz grey is the hottest. I was going to get either black or blue but after seeing the tit grey, its classic and a timeless color. I stalked the GT.GFX sedan for so long, I figure till nightfall. From what I saw, the blue/black interior is very nice as well, the blue is not as pronounced as the red so its not so bad. But that was with the plastic covering on the inside, some of it was ripped away so I could see a little bit of it.

We'll have to see. I'm still heavily debating on purchasing a first year car. I may be able to hold out till 05 if need be. THat way I can buy a house as well as a new car. IF all reports are good, I will get one this summer. I've already went to the dealer today with my brother and started general negotiations with the dealer. He mentioned that the MSRP is a firm price. We'll see about that. I can also use my grad rebate as well this year. Most likely, my timeframe is in the summer. That way I have lots of time to get used to the car before CAlgary's winter kicks in.

If there are reported problems with the 3, I will wait till 05 to get it. I can wait.
