ok, well as i get closer and closer to buying my mazda im sort of in a dilema. I cant decide between the Mazda 3i sedan or the Mazda6i sedan. I like the styling and look of both and really the only difference i see is the headlights and dual exhaust of the 6. I know the 6 is a 2.3li engine, but is it really faster then the 3 since i believe is weighs more then the 3, (Yes i would prefer a Sport edition of either, but it would be smarter for me insurance and gas wise to go with the i) but what are all your guys opinions on my little dilema. Hopefully by the end of the month ill have a new set of wheels to be rolling around in.

it only has a teeny bit more torque than the 3 because of the dual exhaust. The 6 looks as big as a camry, so the back seat should have more room for passengers. My 3 was a a little cramped in the back with 3 adults in the back seat (albeit all women)

Why not just got the 2.3L 3 so you can be lighter and faster than the 2.3L 6? I say if you need rear seat room, 6.

The 6 is only a bit roomier then the 3. If you need more back seat room it deffinitely is a plus in that, but overall it really isn't that much bigger. In terms of performance then 2.0 or 2.3L mazda 3 blow the doors off the 2.3L mazda 6. It weighs something like 600lbs more then the 2.0L mazda 3 and about 400lbs more then the 2.3L hatchback mazda 3 for the same engine performance effectively as the 2.3L mazda 3.

PS trust me, my 2.0L 3i can blow the doors off of a 2.3L 6i any day of the week. Now a 3.0L 6s is a different story.

GO with the Sedan 07. Great choice. 2.3L of course. :klavergreg:
