Here is a car I am looking to buy:

2017 Mazda MAZDA3 Grand Touring Hatchback

I'm buying in the SF Bay Area. There is only one Blue Mica GT model in the SD Bay Area. It's a hard color to find. No trade in and promotionis 0% interest over 63 months.

What is a fair price (before taxes)? OTL = Price + Tax

Invoice is about $27,000

According to Consumer Reports, here is what they say about pricing:

Unusually Low Price
Less than $26,285

Great Price
Less than $26,954

Above Market
$27,432 or more

Good Price
Less than $27,432

Is it true the best time to buy the car is at the end of the month? Any ideas on negotiation.

You need to practice walking away from the deal after you make the first and final out the door offer. End of the month I.e. 28th thru the 30th.
Offer $27,264 tax,title,tags drive away price. Deal with the manager. Tell him you want to wrap the up in the next hour. They will try to get you to deal with a higher offer. Be firm and say my fist and final offer st as nfs. Give him your business card with contact informstion
