When I purchase a product I don't want, or should not to have to deal with anything, especially automotive related. I've had enough diseasters and close calls to be a more careful consumer. Also, I really dont have the time or resources to retrofit eyelids. I just want a pair that fits nicely and looks good with decent customer support. Quality control should rule out the "nature" of fiberglass products to ensure than the consumer gets exactly what he/she pays for, even though thats not the case.

"Sorry, we are only a small company and do not have the manpower to answer phone calls. Therefore, email is the best way to get in touch with us."
That's taken from their website. And any mods you do to your car will never be perfect unless you spend hours fiddling around to make them perfect. You just can't expect to buy something, stick it on and expect it to be perfect. And if you find a company that makes said perfect products all the time, it'll cost you an arm and a leg for their products. I seriously doubt comanies will start making molds and whatnot to produce one copy of their product and then toss the mold and start over for their next customer, which would pretty much be the only way you'd get perfect fitment on every piece.
