Hey all, I've always looked online for pictures of what the 3 specific springs and rear camber kit looks like, and what the boxes look like and well what comes in the box. I took out my trusty aging Canon S200 and snapped quite a few pics.

If you have any special picture requests, let me know.

The pictures will start with the Eibach Pro-Kit, for my hatch followed by up close pictures of the rear camber kit.

In detail, it comes with the warranty paper for the million mile warranty, a mail in rebate if you get the spacers, roll bar, etc for a few bucks off those products, a single Eibach springs window sticker and such. Nothing special.

What a hell of a difference, while still being able to clear curbs while opening my doors, and speedbumps. That and the occasional romp through the heavy wooded areas where my in laws live.

On to the pics! I guess I should have posted them yesterday when it was complete, but I was too happy and out cruising. Amazing difference in handling, even with oem struts.

euro, be easy on another Titanium grey that's low, will ya? :)

Stock height! (cue horror music) Also, this pic was last year before the tint (very early) and removing side mouldings.

this pic shows the actual height difference between the rear stock spring, obviously on the left, and the Eibach on the right side.

Rear after being lowered

Front after being lowered

Brian_MP5T (on many Mazda forums) who will forever get my votes for COTM on various forums for letting me use his garage, and him do most of the work. Amazing job Bri, car handles perfect. No issues.

Shiny paint!

All pics above with the tires not waxed, since they were swapped with my winters on steelies at the same isntall, were before car was actually driven, and before it had any chance to settle down a few milimeters.

Waxed tires mean having been driven around for about an hour highway, and side streets, and on and off ramps!

Near

Far

Angle close

Angle far

Would I ever considder doing this again?... That's a tough one.. like asking if I like solid bricks of gold delivered to my house every day whenever needed. You bet your ass I would!

have questions? Ask! Want some other odd angle or pic? Ask.

you said you got a camber kit but i see no pics...

lol you know brian? white p5 turbo? he used to be part of the nbautotunerz website. well, he still is, he just isn't in nb anymore.

Well I do now! Saw him at lots of Mazda meets here in Ottawa last year when he moved on down. In the shot which is him wearing his toque, you can see the nose of his white protege 5 turbo nose sticking out from behind the rear of my car, and his wife's white Mazda 3 hatch, which is also lowered. Very nice helpful guy to talk to.

Fuck yeah! The difference is unbelievable when you push it at all. Hell even rocking back and forth in the car then sitting still suddenly, you can tell what kind of anti roll properties ther are instantly. When driving normally (for those that haven't gone this route... yet.. but should) you can't really tell THAT much of a difference, unless you hit big bumps. Even then, you should slow down for any anyways. No scraping even on some scary speed bumps I had to clear hours after installing them.

Very fun. I would normally post lots of pictures of my car, except that before the drop, I was so hardcore 4x4 it was embarassing. That and I hadn't had many mods to speak of, besides removing the side moulding, which is very minor, TWM shifter bushings etc.

And what do you mean not mentioning it before? hehe. ever seen my sig, or to be more precise, what's written under the pic? :)

Same here... :D It completely changes the look of the car. Instead of boring stock nearly 4x4 height, it's now a low looking sled. I'm absolutely stoked about it still. Now for the next step. Get better tires than the garbage RSA's so I can enjoy some real summer grip :p Sort of promised the wife to be I'd let them wear out first :p

Yeah, they really suck, and again I've got some amazing winter only rubber.. so having some wild rubber would be nice. However, I am buying different rims/tires next year. so maybe I should hope they last through the year? :)

How do you like your tint eyebrow? I've been blinded enough times with the sun ahead of me. 13% tint aroud the sides, so they never bother me. I just noticed the hint of eyebrow in your sig.

Well, the spring compressor had very long bolts, so it didn't allow for easy removal of the front, and didn't actually fit in the rear. So for reference, stay away from powerbuilt spring compressors. I think it was meant for light trucks due to it's height. Somewhere around 4-5 hours where it should have been 1.5-2.5 hours.
