So it was a last minute phone call from a friend that a local tuner shop had a dyno day for some 350z guys, they were first priority and everyone else was last. Well my buddy with the 04 STI called me up and I went straight there after finishing my round of golf, so no camera and no camcorder :(

Location: Tempe, AZ
Temp:85F
Humidity:11%
Elevation:1200ft give or take

Car Mods:
CP-E FMIC
CP-E CAI
CP-E Catted DP
Denso ITV222 Plugs
HKS SSQV2 BOV
Cobb AP v1.03L Stage 2 91oct+FMIC (This company is a huge STI shop and has delt with Cobb for years and do all the pro-tuning for STI's. They were blown away how amazing this beta street map was. The AFR is nearly perfect and after reviewing everything there really isn't much they could change because it's nearly perfect, so I sense an official v1.03 release coming out very soon.)

I did 3 runs on this Maha Dyno, which is only 1 of 4 in North America. The other 3 are in SoCal, NJ and Montreal, Canada. This dyno is extremely accurate and costs about 3-5 times as much as the dynojet/mustang dynos. The dyno is German engineered and as you know, Germans have their sh!t together. http://www.maha.de. They can dyno cars in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th gear, it doesn't matter as this unit doesn't require a 1/1 like mustang/dynojet.

For the good stuff, I have 3 runs, due to the efficiency of the CP-E FMIC, this thing had no heatsoak and only about 3 minutes between runs as it was ready to go.

Pics below of all 3 separate runs and then a final pic of all 3 runs on the same graph. As you can see everything is nearly identical on all 3 runs. After seeing these results they are going to move into the Speed3 business as well, they were blown away by the numbers and how this car reacts to simple bolt-ons to gaint his much hp.

I'm happy with where i'm at. My goal is 300hp at the wheel, so not to far off.

The corrected power is crank power
Then there is wheel power
The Drag power is drivetrain powerloss

Run 1

Run 2

Run 3

All 3 runs combined

340 crank and 280 wheel that sounds wrong stock is 260 crank and 240 wheel how are you loosing 60 HP from crank to wheels?
How do you calculate losing 60hp? From what I gather I went from 263hp to 339hp 76hp gain at crank. I dont know what stock whp is since I didn't dyno my car stock. All I know is i'm at 280whp.
That's about right. I did 15% loss and it comes to 289 whp. So it's in the ballpark.

Stock crank hp is 260

Stock whp 240

Only 20 HP didfrence from crank to wheels

Your showing 60hp diference from crank to wheels get what I'm saying?
hell if i know then, where is everyone else at whp with the same type of mods? more or less?

I honestly think you should be over 300 whp dabears has just cpe dp,FMic and nano intake with the AP and he dynoed 303whp at 16 psi
It shouldnt be that much different, me and dabears have nearly the identical setup except he has nano and I have CAI. Link to his dyno? Maybe the dyno machine is not completely accurate. There are a few variables but who knows.

Example:
1000 bhp
840 whp
160 hp difference is still 16% drivetrain loss. Not sure what you're saying.

Not to nit-pick but it's 263. (I'm just OCD about stuff like that.)

20 hp loss from 260 would be very low. You cannot compare dynos like that. His figures are in the ballpark percentage-wise.
