Some of us drive to work and back, but for those of us who uses our personal cars for work (delivery people, home service, etc) do you see yourself driving the mazda3 around? Or did you see companies drive in a mazda3?

I've seen a Mazda3 being used as a Papa John's delivery car here in Germantown. I haven't seen any used as company cars (with a logo and eveything, otherwise I can't tell), but I've seen a couple Mazda3 Zipcars closer to DC.

It's kind of like self-service online car rental. I've never used it before, but I have a couple friends in College Park that swear by it when they need to pick something up that's too large for the bus. All the cars they use have their logo on the side, though, so it's not hard to pick them out.

Wow, that's kind of dumb. I don't think I'd ever tip someone driving a $16k+ car as a delivery person. If anything I'd slap them for it. Usually you drive a complete pile so some people will feel sorry for you and tip you more.

Could be their parent's car, I don't know. I'm generally not paying attention when they deliver the food, but I've seen the same car more than once with the Papa John's sign clipped to the top on my way home from work.

Thats nothing. The papa johns driver in my neighborhood drives an A3.

But to answer your original question, no. I've never seen them as company cars around here

the 3 doesnt serve any purpose on either spectrum of being a company car, in that it is either cheap as hell and roomy, or luxurious and roomy. it falls in between these two, and offers great handling with a little bit of a sport ride. uhhhhh not quite the company car i would buy

Pizza delivery boys in nice cars reminds me of the dodge stratus commercial a couple years back when the dude is working 3 jobs and has to deliver pizza to a party where all of his friends are at. Atleast he drove a beamer. Just doesn't make sense to me. Spending $18700 for my car when I was working at Best Buy sounded retarded to me but I couldn't resist and bought it anyway, cars are my weakness, otherwise I am a very smart consumer. But it all worked out i guess because its payed off in a couple of weeks. Now my dumbass will probably buy a speed3 as soon as i get a new job. Those things are a beaut!

My company keeps a fleet of rental cars, and the Mazda3 was the number one choice for the last round. However, it got edged out when Mazda wouldn't cut a deal (well the cars are selling so well...) and ended up getting G6's.
