DIY for tranny fluid flush?

I'm wanting to swap my tranny fluid to a synthetic fluid and I was wondering if someone has created a DIY to do this. IF so could you please link me to the article or post the steps here?

I plan on using Redline fully synthetic. Has anyone used this or recommend something else?
