so my dealership will have to take my car in so they can fix the damages they did.

but they told me i will have to pay for a rental.

my friend is getting a free loaner from vw while they are working on his car.

i mean it is their fault i have to give them my car for 2 days

so is there anywhere i can pull out a form stating that dealers can give u a free loaner?

It seems like if it was damage they caused then for sure they should be paying for a loaner. I do get a loaner anytime my car is in the dealership overnight but it was part of the extended warranty that I bought. Not sure if there is a legal precedence for it or not but in the practice of good business I would expect them to absorb the cost for your loaner.

There's no way you should be paying if they broke it, they bought it! And by bought I mean paid for the rental car
It's the dealership on 41 in sarasota, right? They've never given me any problems with anything... Always helpful and when I had my situation they gave me 15% off repairs.
