Is this car sells as Demo or Used?

I belive there is some rulles regarding demos such as NO FREIGHT/PDI & GAS TAX IF DEMO went over 6,000 km, plus some dealers offer $100.00 for each 1,000 of km.

Air Tax is still applicable.
as well as Sp. Paint if (Applicable)
