So as the title says.. I'm a bit confused here... this guy doesnt seem to have any negative comment on the bulbs or anything, he's selling the pair for less then $10 shipped..

There is no ballast and no conversion kit... will this work in the halogen placement directly? This has given me a headache trying to make sense out of it!

They draw 80w and made to look like its outputting 100w. Stock wattage is 55w. Those will toast your headlights.

Well my question is are they made to do exactly? to work as replacement for the halogen?

Also what do you mean by toast them? I'm pretty sure these are just bulbs but i still don't get how it would be possible...

There still halogen bulbs. They arent real xenon lights at all. Toasting them as in melting your stuff inside the headlamp including the adapter thats connected to the bulb. As well as the wiring harness for em.

HID bulbs have return wire, go figure. If HIDs are that cheap then every car would have it.

This is pure crap and misleading info from the seller.

Xenon is a gas and sometimes it can be used in halogen bulbs. Still that doesn't make them High Intensity Discharge bulbs. He's selling halogen bulbs and NOT HID like it says.

Plus these bulbs demand 80W and your stock wiring can't handle the electrical demand in power without causing either your wiring or headlight housing to melt.

On top of that 80W bulbs gives 80W output...not 100W. Bulbs can't create electricity.

Xenon, argon, krypton, what have you.
Manufacturers can always infuse bulbs with noble gases, hence fulfilling the label claim.

Real HID bulbs do not have filaments, as in this photo.
Also, they shouldn't be coated blue.
