With only 12k miles my front strut mounts and bearings were replaced.
Mentioned to the dealer that there was some creaking/clunking at slow speeds when cold, they said it was a common problem for the 3.

What a difference!!! Very quiet over bumps and leans less in turns.
The car never felt this good , not even when new.. Probably defective from the start.
Anyone else had this addressed?

Hmmm, my car does the same things as well. I though it was my imagination at first???? Maybe i do have a problem. So you said this was a warranty issue? If so i have the extended warranty and may look into getting this issue fixed.

I had the same issue after I had my eibach springs installed. My father in law said that after a week or so after the install, there were pretty bad noises coming from the suspension. I took it to the shop that installed the springs and they found that both strut bearings were ruined (That is what they called them). I have never heard of some of the common problems with the suspension until today but it only cost me 100 to fix because my father in law works at a shop and we got a discounted price.
