You can always take this in and swap it at a apple store and then have a brand new one to sell.
PM me the serial # I may take it off your hands. Do you have the box etc? Or is it just the ipod itself?

hmm really? I wasn't sure if they would warrant just one dead/stuck pixel. I have the original white plastic cover thing with the serial number on the bottom.

Actually it unstuck so it doesn't have any dead pixels as of now.
