CANVAP is the way to take your car dealer to court. It is free and for Canadian people. If the dealer doesnt want to fix ur problem or u know u have a problem and they cant find it call CANVAP RATE AWAY.
under 60KMS you can make the dealer buy back ur car. Over 60kms but ur car is still on warrenty you can make them fix the problem before ur warrenty runs out . trust me i called and im getting a new tranny for my 2004 mazda 3 gt . im from toronto canada.
