ive tried a bunch of different things to try to get picks of my angel eyes and headlights, but i cant figure it out. ive played with the ISO and apature and all that stuff. this is waht i have so far.

did you lower the shutter time? I think thats what I did on my old camera, I can't really remember to what (i upgraded to a new camera), but here is one of the pics i took

either do it during the day, or force underexposure with your camera

Try an indirect shot, not in the beam of the headlights as well... especially with the projectors it really wreaks havoc with taking pictures.
