Ouch! I am glad I am not Canadian. That is more than I would pay for a Mazdaspeed3

It's $24100 Canadian, or about $20,000 US :p

That sounds like a good price, I did the same thing but with the sport and convenience package for about $26000. In retrospect I would have gone for the GT because you get more for only a little bit more.

Just looked at my bill of sale. We leased but it won't matter.
We got a 2007 3 GS automatic WITH sport package(sunroof and wheels)

$23,567 before taxes and fee.
In Ottawa BTW

Good luck.

The car in USA is so cheap... why?

The TAX is higher in Canada than USA already. It's so unfair... @_#

Mazda also inflates the price, not based on what it costs to import the car here, but what the Canadian market is like and what the average price works out to be. In other words if the trend for cars like the 3 calls for the price to be higher, Mazda follows because it's what the market is calling for.
