There is something wrong with my brakes, whenever is cold outside and the car is just starting my brakes dont feel good. When i press the brake it bounces up and down and it gets pretty hard. it does this untill for a couple of minutes and then stop.
I changed my brakes and cut my discs because thats what i thought that was wrong with it but it continued to do it... if anyone knows anything about this i would really appreciate your help

Does it do it when it's warm?

What fluids are you using? Ever changed them out?

I'm not trying to be a jerk... are you activating the ABS on ice? Is the 'bouncing' happening in one area. Is it the car or pedal that is bouncing?

no it doesnt do it when its warm... and ive never changed the oil... just added when i changed the brakes.

its the pedal that bounces... i live in san antonio tx theres no ice..lol

Why do people post on the forums when something as important as BRAKES are involved???

GO TO THE DEALER (or an independent shop if you're out of warranty) and get that shit checked out!

Nobody here is going to be able to diagnose any problems your having without seeing your car. Spend the $75 - $100 & save yourself the hassle (or accident).

Sounds like an ABS sensor issue. Go to the dealer and have it checked out.

Tim if you didnt know the forums are to post many things and one of them is if your having a mechanical problem... because, maybe one of the other members has gone through the same trouble thank you.
