I have recently bought a pre-owned 2016 Mazda 3, the car is nice to drive and comfortable, is there any more registration that I need to do with Mazda company?

It's used and way out of warranty, so nope. You may want to run the VIN through the NHTSA checker and check for any recalls. Other than that, enjoy!
