Bilstein HD struts (Not Sport) on stock oem shocks

Anyone have any inputs on this setup. The most I can find about bilsteins is that people buy the sport model, which I understand is naturally lowered by at least .8". Need to buy new struts as the old ones are leaking after 75K, I want to know how close to OEM this setup these are, I occasional love to carve and drive hard, but do have to take the kids out on the weekends.

I'm not aware of the Bilstein Sports inherently lowering the car, just that the valving is supposedly more agressive than the HD which is a high quality OEM replacement. I could be wrong though.
Post a link.... Bils have many out there.

On a side note... get them custom valved.
I guess the decision is winding down to either buy the Koni FSD's or the Bilstein B6 HD's. Bilstein being monotube, I guess it's less prone to leaking, so one could be pretty brutal and still have good struts?
