Will these work well for the Speed size wise?

Guys, if they run out of the size you want, order anyway!

I've been told by a TireRack employee that they'll be replenishing stock as long as they can still get it from Bridgestone. They expect to get more in sometime next week, so the earlier you get on the backorder lists, the greater the likelihood of getting what you want.

Reading other posts, this size should work. It MIGHT have some rubbing, but it depends on the tire manufacture. If mine rub, I'll just go get my fenders rolled for cheap and problem solved.

It looks like they've stopped allowing online orders for stuff listed as out of stock, but I'd try calling anyway and talking to an actual person. You might not be completely SOL.

I might call tomorrow if I decide I want to store another set of tires for awhile...I've only got about 2500 miles on my current Kumho XSs...

These are going to go quick, if I hadn't just put the Direzza sport Z1 star spec on my car I'd be all over this. In fact I'm calling Tire Rack and complaining that they didn't tell me they were going to blow these out when I ordered my Dunlops on Saturday. Haha, I'm sure it won't go any where but I'll get satisfaction of at least yelling at someone from customer service... :fu: I might still order a set and stick them in my garage for when I need them, $78. per tire for a 225/45/18 RE-01R is crazy...
