If You're Referring To Big Loud WOOSH Noise Coming Out Of Your Woofers, I Think I Might Know The Problem. One Of My Buddies Installed Subs N Had The Same Problem. We Went To Like Four Different Audio Shops To See What The Deal Was. Each Of Them Said It Was Because The Headunit Can't Work With The Woofers. They Said That "Premium" Stock Audio Systems Weren't Designed To Handle A Sub. My Buddy Had To Get Some Device That Delayed The Time The Amp Started Up From The Time The Car Started, Which Solved The Problem. Not Sure If This Helps But Gluck With Your Problem Either Way.
its the remote turn on.... on a stock system you just tap off a 12v lead to turen the amp on when the access turn on...aftermarkets will sometimes delay this so that the amp doesnt go on/off/on when the key goes from acc to start and crank over...
I have an aftermarket head unit, kenwood dnx5120, but my amp was installed with a LOC by circuit city (I think). So when it gets warm I'm going to rewire the amp to my new HU so hopefully that solves it.
