lol, if you want an oem spoiler brand new in box.... ur prolly gonna have to hit up your dealer. and they sell halo headlights on ebay. Not very good quality though. And they only have one ring per headlight.

yeah, I wouldn't buy them. One member on here tried them and said the cutoff was horrible. The fitment of them was good, but the projectors were poorly made.
As everybody else stated, if you want halo headlights, ur gonna have to either buy the halos, bake you headlights and install them yourself, OR buy the ones dabears2k is selling for $550 +
the ones dabears2k is selling are made using OEM headlights, will fit perfect and have zero problems and have hundreds of diff ways to personalize them. Only down side is price. Maybe Matt (dabears2k) will chime in here eventually./

For the halo's I would just buy the set for ~100 and install yourself. I really don't see a lot of people spending the ~500 on headlights just for that feature, when tons of us have already done the installs ourselves. Its very simple, and there are write-ups on the forums on how to diy. Not to mention, you could find someone in your area to help you out.
As for the spoiler, check out eBay as stated before. You can get some pretty decent styles on there, but I can't comment on the quality.
