Turn harder. lol. But really try to find some kind of extension to put on the ratchet to get more leverage. Or try spraying some nut loosener on it. I always use this stuff called loosey gooesy it works on anything. And yes I just said nut loosener.

I hate some of those mechanics at the stealerships. They want to use the airgun on everything.
