Sup guys. I have a 2007 mazda 3 that came with HID. I just wanted to know if any one has a setup where they take out there old high intensity bulbs and put in one that matches with the HID lights. I HATE it when I use the high beams and there yellow and dont match the HIDs at all. Also want to get the angel eyes with the high beams but I want to know which one would match the HIDs. Thanks again guys and pics of that setup would be awsome! :)

Your question is confusing.

You're asking about replacing the HID bulbs so they match the angel eyes but you're talking about the hi beams which are incandescent.

Your low beams are HID, your high beams are incandescent. So it sounds like you're wanting a "whiter" high beam to match the low beams and angel eyes?

You can just buy HID high beams. I have the factory yellow(ish) high beams, because I literally don't care what they look like if they light up the road. I have HID's for my low beams, so a big majority of the road is lit up already. I never wasted money on high beams for looks, or the little bit gain of lighting I would receive over stock incadescent high beams.

Sounds like you want hyper-white halogen high beams. They are coated blue to closer match the hue of HIDs but, being coated, will not throw out quite as much light.

DaBears no longer sells the non-Toshiba HIRs. They're about 3400K, you'll want something closer to a 4300K rating but you'll start to sacrifice the light output. If you want something more white, check out a large selection of bulbs (search for different brands...I prefer Hella and Osram/Sylvania, some like Philips and Hoen). They'll perform as well as your stock halogen high beams.

I like it but could you put the high beams with a clear white light or bluish lights?

Ebay my boy, ebay. Look up Eurodezigns 9005 or something similar to that. It is the 6000K bulbs i believe. The picture on the auction will say "White Hot Intensity". Might be the 6500K bulbs. They are $70 a set if you buy them off of the Eurodezigns site, and $5 a set from ebay. They lasted quite a while for me, and I still have a few sets of them left. Plus, they have a lifetime warranty. Send them just the bulb that blew, and they will send you 2 new ones. Not sure if that is from a Authorized Retailer or not, but either way its only 5 bucks for a set.
