alex, a comparison photo to show a before hdr shot would be nice.

also, SCALE DOWN THE PICS TO AT LEAST 800x600!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think your final pic is a bit too dark though.

here's a good example of hdr

underexposed -> hdr <- overexposed

you will get better results with a dslr though.
