I plan on going to Albi Mazda tomorrow, but I have no idea how to get there! I live in the West-Island (Off St-Jean Boul.). Can someone please help me with the directions, be as specific as you can. Thank you!

I think someone once told me on this forum how to get there, but I can't find that post. Sorry.

Thanks guys!

Please don'T go there they are the worst dealership I've ever been too. He High-balled me a price of 415 for 48/mo lease with no cash on a Blue M3 Sport GT. then when I asked to lower that he asked me to sign a letter or "contract" of intent in order to go see his manager to lower it down...I refused he then accused me of not having any money and wasting his time...I immediately walked out. I go to Repentigny Mazda...No hassle price of 409 plus a 1500$ check towards my buyout at GM...I've heard plenty stories like this if you don't go there with the idea of walking out with a car...and after sales service sucks it's always so busy !!!
Thanks for reading...BURN IN HELL ALBI...that is not the way to treat a customer...

I have to admit I wasnt very happy about the way I was treated at Albi either. Especially the fact when the salesman freaked out that I took such a long drive to go there. He almost laughed at me!!!

I'm like why do you care so much if I came from so far??

He wanted to give me the car at its regular price unless I signed a contract. What losers!!!

Not to mention the fact that I would have to wait 2 months to get my car from them because they are so busy and they have nothing in stock

I'm very happy with Mazda de laval
I got the best price and I only waited 6 days for the car it would have been sooner but the weekend got in the way

Anyways have fun
Let us know what happens

PS: M3-GT arent you the guy thats dating the rep from there?
Obviously you got treated well

Well I wasn't dating her at the time....ALBI were the first to get the 3's while other dealers just put you on a waiting list and said they would call you when they got some....The situation might be different now but in November there was one place to go and that was ALBI.

I don't know what to tell you. I had my rep, one of the sales manager and spoke with the owner of ALBI....sorry you had a bad experience but from the first moment I walked in they took care of me and did everything I asked them without even an once of sarcasm or anything....anyway...the important thing is that you have found a place you are happy with.

I also am quite satisfied with Albi. They do put some pressure on you to buy the car, but their prices are really good. Of course you have to have done your homework before you go there; I had visited six dealers before, including Mazda de Laval (which was not in a negociating mood at all and wanted $450 for the Sport GT auto I needed).

Albi took the best offer I had been given ($408 @ Gareau Mazda, no cash down) and dropped to $405. I also negociated some Pirelli winter tires on rims plus a cassette player at deep discounts (almost 40% off).

With all that and my disability insurance, plus $4000 in multiple security deposits to lower the lease's interest rate (this 4k's refundable at the end), my Sport GT costs me $400/month, tx and everything else included.

It took 3 weeks to receive my car back in December, but they loaned me a Protegé SE free of charge during this time. They have over 150 loaner cars.

I also had to deal with the service dept since then for my 3, and was always treated very well. It closes at 1 AM every weekday but friday, which fits my schedule very well. They sure never seemed too busy to answer me.

Huh... at Mazda 2-20 (des sources) I got quoted $289 with a trade-in of $2200 (used for MSD) and $500 Cash down. That's for a Sport GT Manual with A/C. 36months...

How in the hell are you paying almost $100/month and you put an extra $1800 to lower your rate!?!?

---

Also $304 at another 2-20 (ile perrot) for $1500 trade-in (No MSD) and if I give another $1000 it drops me to $277...!

Holy Crap

That's bloody impossible...I hope you signed that contract if you haven't yet !!! I think they lowballed you...probably a 20000km a year reduced rate does that include taxes and shipping and such...my friend who works at 2-20 got me an amazing deal at $395/mo with no cash or any deposits anything for 48 months...that's with 20000 km a year.

SyCHO, that's not adding up.

MSD has to be a multiple of your car payment, rounded to the next 50; Your $289 offer should show MSDs for $3000. Also, note that my car has almost $3500 worth of options (auto, A/C, cassette, winter tires).

That also doesn't sound like a price for a GT model. I was quoted similar prices for Sport GSes. Toyota Gabriel actually quoted me $389 for my GT (The reps at Gabriel actually sell all brands of cars), but that turned out to be a completely virtual price.

My lease is for 25000 km/year, BTW.

Fleecy, I couldn't remember the exact number so yes you are right it probably doens't make sense. But the number is ver very close to what he had told me.

---

Canmaz3sport, that is a good deal. Considering the fact that if you did my trade-in, my graduate reward and my MSD for lower interest rate I would be paying like $215 with your deal.

---

As for today's little expedition. I went to Spinelli Mazda in Lachine instead of Albi... way 2 far!

For my 93' Pro he offered $1800 Trade-in, $600 Graduate reward, I put down $3000 in MSD (which I get back after the lease period for those who didn't know). That gives me $282/month for a Sport GT 5spd A/C with all the taxes and everything included.

---

My goal is for the lowest payments per month.

You were given weird (and long) driving directions for Albi, BTW.

Just take HWY 40 E then HWY 13 or 15 N (your choice). Change for HWY 440 E and stay on it until you get to Mascouche (it turns into HWY 25 at some point). It's a 20-40 minute drive from your place, depending on your driving habits...

People in Mascouche actually drive to work in Montreal every day, you know... it can't be that far! :)

It's also fun to try a 3 there; lots of highways to work with!

I dont know if it was my salesman but the test drive I took was rather short. I barely drove on the highway at all!!!

I was like .... thats it?
He said thats the specific route everyone does on the test drive
