So just wondering if anybody has a picture (not the AEM diagram pic) of how it is supposed to be aligned?

Make sure the longest parts of the straightener line up with the MAF so they look like (|||) the middle being the MAF.

That's what I figured, from the way the stock straightener looks.

The AEM instructions actually show a different orientation than the Mazdaspeed3 instructions. The Mazdaspeed instructions show the straighteners at an angle to the MAF where the AEM shows them parallell with the MAF.

Really weird. I don't have a scanner here at home. But I will post both tomorrow.
