Well performance tires with our stock rims will help a heck of a lot more then a good rim with a crappy tire, and it is a lot cheaper. There are lots of good ways to go for summer tires, Toyo, Nokien, Bridgestone, Kumho, etc. They all have slightly different features, some of them are better in rain then others, some of them wear out faster then our brakes (haha), do some research before you drop the money on a set of tires.
