Racing beat makes one thats pretty quiet, she will know its there however.

That will be hard. A new CAI and Exhaust will make it roar.

If mazda could make a more free flowing exhaust at the same sound level, they would have.

Not sure what you can do that won't be noticeable. A CAI will def increase engine noise... you could mod the suspension I suppose. Front/rear swaybars, springs/dampeners or coilovers... won't add engine noise but if she ever goes on a 'spirited' drive she's gonna notice the diff.

Don't think she'll be on board for a modified ride eh?

borla by itself is pretty quiet, but you will know its there (deeper tone).

but yea, like the415 said, you cant have your cake and eat it too, something has to give, silence, or power...

you want to know how they did it? They bent the OEM line after the muffler. So they tried to squeezed it out and as soon as it got stuck, they probably heat up the tubing and bent it. IMO.

Mine is already in the garbage.

No they didn't. They put it on a lift and wiggled it out. I watched for the most part.

which exhaust should i get if im looking for loudness as like raw power loudness and the most horse power gain.(dont care about emission problems)
and also if im custm my own exhaust how should i make it so it would have the raw power sound besides the straightest bent, like should i put on a resonater or highflow cat.....etc thanks

i'm still lovin' magnaflow -- love the low agressive tone, and w/ the header it sounds amazing.
