Hello

i have seen in many mazda 3's the navigation system that pops up from the front dash of the car in the middle.

is there any aftermarket plastic peice for the front dash that doesnt pop up but just stays in one place like this one?.


i foudn this picture while browsing the site

That's creative, but it looks like ass. Metra and Scosche make double-din in-dash kits, that's where you want to be.

Yes thanks but i already have a after market Cd player in my dash i wanted one for the top as shown in that picture to put a navigation system in it. thats why i wanted to know where he got his from hehe

Pretty sure it is custom made.

Yep, pretty much. Just put up the CD player for sale and get a Pioneer AVIC-D3 or whatever the current version is. Less stuff in your car for people to steal for one thing

Yeah, I've always liked that japanparts flip up panel, but just can't justify the $300+ bucks...

I really don't know why someone else can't make a similar unit, which realistically should be sold for half that price or less.

Not that this is any better of a deal, but is another option for those who prefer the dash mount idea.

that works too but looks cheap. It is hard to justify the 300 bucks for just the mount, but rebate checks are coming..........
