Hello guys,

I hope someone wise will answer this question :) I bought my Mazda 3 from a friend. My car has those aero flares on the front and rear bumpers both sides, but doesn't have rear lip or other kind of spoiler. My question is: does this make any difference to aerodynamic performance?? As I understand, the aero kit must be complete to perform what it has to perform. Maybe it's even worse than without flares? What would you suggest?

Aero really dosn't come into play until your @ considerable speed. Since we have a front wheel drive car, downforce on the rear (as created by a spoiler) causes a lift to the front which in turn will reduce the traction. If you watch a car go down the strip w/o a spoiler, then with a spoiler, they usually lose time. You really don't need to be concerned about it except from an entirely cosmetic view.
