My friend can get a hold of Achilles tires for whole sale.

So another friend picked up six of the ATR tires in 205 50R17 size and the total including local pick up ended up being like $50 per tire.

I was wondering if anybody has any idea how good the Achilles or API tires are and how much do these go for on the street? They seem pretty generic though the tread pattern looks cool

If they are somewhat "ok", I guess I might as well pick up a set of four since my RS-As are getting balder by the day.

I have never heard of that brand before, but that doesn't necessarily mean theyre bad tires. Personally, however, I would only go with a well known brand that has been well reviewed and well designed/manufactured as the tire is the only part of your car that touches the ground. I would not recommend going for the cheapest tire available. Spend a little more and get some Kumhos or something.
