48,000km Maintenance

So my MZ3 is sitting at 50,300kms roughly. Anyways, I was wondering if by not doing the 48,000km maintenance what parts of my car am I risking the warranty on?

I really am getting tired of this maintenance since the nearest dealership is 300kms from me...
