Compared to the Honda Civic....I'd say our dashboard is almost tame....I pull next to people in those Honda's and you almost get blinded by the visual assault through the window.
What if they did top 10 quickest cars under $25,000, would we still win? What's faster?

yeah i really disagree with the calling all cops....i could of sworn when the speed3 first came out and it landed the cover of their magazine they mentioned how it DOESN'T attract the attention of law enforcement...time to search for that article...

Interesting that the Cobalt is #2. I always thought the new Cobalt SS/TC was faster then our speed3's, not a lot faster but slightly faster. Regardless it's nice to see the Speed3 on top again.

lol same here. The other night me and some guy in a volks gti pushing 22lbs asked me if this was a stock mazda3 or a mazdaspeed3. I beat his car so why would he even ask? Hell I woulda felt embarrassed if a stock mazda3 beat his boosted gti. The thing was pretty quick.

Well they're saying quickest, but I think they're really judging them for overall package.

The Boy racer style of first-generation 3 series turned me off quite a bit, especially since some of the first I noticed were a shocking yellow. I have never been that fond of the big spoiler / sunscreen in the back.
Some of the later detail mods to the grille and fenders also helped integrate the car lines better.
What sold me was the way the car drove, and the looks grew on me. I still think the styling of my Ford Focus was much better, but the quality of the interior materials was too close to early 80s Dodge Dart levels.
However, in some ways I like the way the Protege wagon looked just fine, not boring, but not trying too hard either.
