Hi guys, I have a 2005 Mazda 3s 2.3L, about 130k miles. Last 3 weeks, AT and CEL on, car won't shift to 4th, very hash Reverse engage, i mean very hash. Brought to da shop, they have the code P0768 said "Shift Solenoid D Malfuntion". Have them replace the shift solenoid D, nothing fix. Then replace a used tranny, same problem, then replace and relearn ECM, nothing fix. I don't really know what the heck I suppose to do now. Please help, thanks a ton guys.

This a Mazda dealership, or some random shop?

Thnaks for reply bro. That was independent shop did the tranny and ECM, but programming was dome by dealerj

If the shop can't get it right, its time to go to a dealership.
