07 bumper on 04 after accident?

So I got rear-ended recently and need a new bumper. I have an 04 bumper but prefer the style of the 07 and up, is it worth asking the body shop if they will put an 07 on instead? I know it will fit with minor modifications, but I was wondering if this constitutes possible insurance fraud (especially if the 07 bumper is more expensive). Thanks.

Sure, Cali_Axela did it with his titanium wagon. You might have to pay the difference though.
