Ok I ran into an odd issue. I have a 07 4d GT (US) and the windshild washer does not have a low fluid level indicating sensor. The dealer told me that ther is not enough room to put the larger WW tanks which have the sensor. I didn't get it then and still don't. Does any one know why the GT would not have an indicator of this nature? Does anyone have a US07 GT with this sensor?

i've noticed this on mine as well. i ran out on my way to school the other day (30 mins, all highway) and with all the crap on the road, i could hardly see anything.

Mine has the visual indicator on it. When the windshied is dirty, I pull the lever - if I don't get any visuals, it needs to be refilled.

Come on guys. You ever here of routine maintenance? Wash the car, clean the inside, check the fluid levels. The MZ3 coddles us enough as is. :?

That's my indactor also. I usually check the warsher fluid when i check the oil. Usually about once a week.

I just discovered that I apparently don't have a sensor either. What CRAP! And it's not just a maintenance issue for people who live where they salt the freakin' roads to the hilt. I can go through a GALLON a week up here in Rochester just driving to work and back.

I can't believe a car with this many toys doesn't have a basic sensor like that. I ran out halfway into work this morning and could hardly see........

Back to carring an extra gallon in the back seat like my 1988 freakin' HYUNDAI.......

But other than that, I just love this car.....

I guess they forgot that we also have snow in the US, lol.

on the other hand, it means that we live in a shitty enough climate to need it. at least it doesn't beep. my friend's jetta had a beeping washer sensor. VERY annoying.
