I am planning on getting the "turn-key" turbo kit from Corksport. I want to know around what power output would the block start to fail. Ive been told recently 300hp max and nothing more then 8lbs of boost with the turbo, due to the aluminum block not being strong enough to handle the power.

So super quick question my best mate recently blew his mazdaspeed up (what a shock lol) but we've been looking into getting him a new block but he neither I are willing to pay 3000$ for an actual engine from a mazdaspeed when he only needs the block. So would a NA mazda 3 block serve a good...
