Mazda 3 2008 - constant tension fuse on passenger's side

Hi everyone,
I tried looking in other posts but didn't manage to find an answer for that one.
Does anyone know if any of the fuse in passenger's fuse box are constant (always under tension)?

I have just installed a dashcam and want it on in Parking mode without having to pull a cable up to the engine bay.

Many Thanks
