Sparco Racing Seat fitment in Mazda3 sedans?

Can anyone out there verify that Sparco EVO or Sparco Pro2000 seats (both driver and passenger seats replaced) will fit a Mazda3 sedan?

Re: Sparco Racing Seat fitment in Mazda3 sedans?

I bought A Momo Super cup seat for my 2005 sedan. Very simular to the Sparco. It fits just fine. I've got a Wedge bracket using Momo tab style sliders to the seat. Unfortunately it sits too high. I'm modifying the bracket and sliders to sit lower in the car. I'm 6"1" if you're shorter than 5"'6" it shouldn't be a problem.

That help?

I have an evo 2...you won't be able to fi anything bigger when it comes to the evo series. Sparco posts the seat dimensions on their website, compare the Pro2000 and that should give you an idea whether it fits or not.

Manny, I'm looking at ordering the Sparco Evo2 for my 2007 Mazda3 sedan. What hardware did you go with for mounting ie. side rails, slider, etc?

Brey Krause steel side mounts welded and bolted onto the stock slider with some grade 8 hardware from a local hardware store. It looks like its ghetto rigged but it works. Didn't have to purchase a bracket or sliders.

Manny, while we're at it:

1) what harness bar did you go with for your 3 sedan? Sparco makes one, Cipher, and NRG. I'm not sure about the Cipher and NRG quality.

2) what harness did you go with?

I use the stock seatbelt, no harness bar or harness...just yet. Stock seat belt works alright.
