yes you have to have seat brackets, or make your own, but the stock ones won't work, unless you're ghetto and don't mind your seat flying off the bracket when you get in an accident.

Depends on the bride seats, most of the ones I see run pretty wide, but as for any aftermarket seat you lose your airbags entirely anyways soooo yeah.. don't get in an accident lol

Do you think it would leave my air bag light on and/or keep the others from deploying in an accident?

14' Mazda3/axela corksport short ram intake + 2 1/4" muffler delete.

pretty much say what the others said. I have no side airbag now with a race seat. And the airbag sensor is permanently in the short person setup via the magnet and metal setup. As for the airbag light a simple resistor jumpered in makes it all ok
