I want to Auto-X in Tampa were do I start?

Hey anyone answer this question for me especially if you live in Tampa. I want to join the SCCA and race Auto-X in Tampa, is thee anyone willing to get me started with the right Information. Proper information could put this in the STICKY category so please be helpful and mindfull, as I am sure there are others who would like to know without drawn out searches and weeding through rethoric.

welcome to the most fun you can legally have with your street car
for starters, you should try here http://www.cfrscca.org/ thats for the central florida region,

you will also want to visit www.scca.com and click on the solo tab

Other than that, I would just glance through the solo rule book to see what class your car is in. Other than that, all you need is to show up and give it a try!
