Good luck selling it here though, market doesn't move much at all on this forum anymore.
Sounds good! Thanks man!

It'll be a bit before I get it anyways, I was just trying to come up with an action plan once I had one I didn't need lol.

I bought a Rocar PMM and installed it (which helped since the oem was way gone) but there's still some clutch chatter that I'm assuming is the result of the trans mount but I could only find the tranny and lower Rocar mounts in a set of three with the PMM so I just sucked it up and bought it knowing how commonly the stockers go to hell lol.

Thanks again man! I'm pretty sure I've made use of information you've shared in threads throughout the last 3 years of working on my 3's - your sig stands out

I had no idea your hunk of junk was still running lol.

Buying a Saab would be the largest mistake in the world. Not to mention replacement parts are next to non-existent.
And European cars in general are extremely expensive to maintain.
Unless its a 92X Aero. Lots of parts for those

Some, likely friend of Cullen, is trying so hard to defend the quality of SURE parts on MCB late last night on facebook, reading through it is kind of funny.

I thought SURE was done with broken parts. I am mistaken.

Granted it looks like the OP bought the part on ebay for like half price after likely sitting on a shelf the past few years.
Sucks to be cheap. But I guess that's deserved when you don't do any research on what you're buying lol

Short of the 'reviews' on the website.
Come on now, nobody reads reviews on a company's website for their own product. That's just stupidity.

The only reason that I ended up staying was because he left IIRC.

yay, my first contribution to the megathread

There's plenty of drama on facebook; no point in keeping it in forums anymore lol

because nothing happens here lol. This place is an encyclopedia now; a reference guide.

Definitely not a place of hanging of the outs.

Hilarious that this would be brought up.

I've been perusing good ol' CL for cars so I decided to see what Speeds there are in my area, and I came across this one. Now, whenever I see the words "built" or "stage" I always give a chuckle. So I saw this over priced gen1 and decided to ask the owner for a spec sheet, list of parts, HP and torque values, and he decided to not give me any of that info but instead tells me where and with what parts the motor was built with. So I ask, with a smile, where were the parts bought that were used to rebuild the motor? He replies...

Street Unit.

I laughed and laughed. And laughed before I asked him if he was a part of any forums and groups and he says he's on MSF just never posted before.

I stopped texting him.

Street Unit. I thought for sure all they sold were black Mazda emblems these days.

Also, this WRX has 200k miles on it and the owner thinks high mileage on more recent models doesn't matter because they were mostly highway miles.
