Take the 03 for 4k cash and stock wheels if he has them.

Those are both really high miles and will likely both need engine work soon anyways, on top of all sorts of issues from age and mileage. Point being, once you buy it, you're going to dump at LEAST 1k in parts to fix the things that were not maintained immediately anyways, and then a few more grand to replace major components or machine work.

People are willing to play when cash is involved.

Anyone know what happened to Phil (halo0)? Sounds like he's in a rough spot.

Cool points; you referring to the WeaponR?
It's a fun easy project, and it looks pretty.

You might notice some change in power though; it's hard to say what it will do for every car though, but I mean they aren't that expensive.

Just have to remember to run vacuum lines to the solenoids for the VTCS/VLIS that the stock one has on top (the weaponr has a nipple for it, just need to get a T for vacuum lines and it's otherwise bolt on for all 2.3)

It looks pretty cool, and sounds awesome. But again, may notice some small loss in power in some places, hard to say where, but opens potential for more tuning though possibly.

Everyone complains you can't do enough to these cars yet I see everyone stop after intake and exhaust...

Thanks for the info!

I was asking cause I think those flaps on the manifold are getting really loud now...I was wondering if I might have to remove them soon cause of the loud chatter noise.

I saw the Weapon R brand....Then I also saw the Cast Aluminum Manifold as well...it was like $200 or so.

The Godspeed cast version of the Cosworth? Skip it, isn't good for an NA setup due to the short runners and you have to fab a few parts to get it to work properly.

My advice; get the WeaponR and make sure you get the heat spacer for it too, I think it's only like $20, they should still have it. Just a little dinky plastic thing.

Just make sure one side has the rubber seals (manifold), and the other side has some gray silicon gasket maker to seal the manifold.
