Buzzing noise behind dash

When I turn the ignition on before starting the car, you can hear what sounds like a fan caught or something. I have no clue what it could be so if anyone could help then that would be great! All heater fans are turned off too.

I can't add links yet as I am new to the forum however if you search for a video called "mazdaspeed 3 ignition on dash noise" and the creator is "VrySlow01GT" on youtube then you'll hear what I mean.

I have noticed that sound on my car for years just it didn't chatter just sorta whined. I only can hear it when the car is on but not started. Seems this thread discovered it was a servo in the instrument cluster. Its a real pain to replace the cluster and have the car reprogrammed to a new cluster.
